Nowadays, most working parents find it a hassle to think of a quick, simple and yet nutritious breakfast meal for their kids over the weekend. With the pandemic still ongoing and it is still not that safe to go out to have a meal, instead of ordering delivery food, why not try making your own concoction of breakfast meal? Inspired by McD brekie wrap, you can whip up a delicious and quick breakfast wrap for your children.

It only takes 2 minutes to assemble this wrap. You can fill up these pockets with whatever filling your kids like- bacon ham, baby spinach, eggs, salami, tuna, patties, chicken /pork ham. The possibilities are endless!
The recipe is as followed (servings : 2)
Ingredients: 2 large wraps (I used Mission soft wraps). Tips: you can use wholemeal wrap to get the wholesome nutritional value of complex carbohydrates and fiber)
2 slices of ham
1/2 cup of grated cheese (Tips: for growing child, this is good as cheese contains a high source of calcium, yes, good for strong bones)
2 eggs - good source of protein
Baby spinach (You can replace it with another type of leafy raw vegetable)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius.
Place a piece of foil on work surface and spray with oil (I used the olive oil)
Place tortilla on foil. Place tahe a slice of ham in the middle of the tortila.
Place grated cheese in the middle of the ham and form into a ring
Surround the sides of the ham and grated cheese with baby spinach
Pour the egg into the ring and then fol the bottom and top edges in, then left and right side to form a package.
Then wrap the foil. Do not turn the foil upside down as the egg will leak.
Repeat the same steps (1 to 7) for the second wrap.
Place the 2 wraps on a baking tray.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Unwrap immediately and serve it hot!

Final product..tada.....
