1-5 years old
Your child should be eating family foods from this age. Give smaller portions and cut into smaller pieces.
3 healthy main meals with 1-2 nutritious snacks.
You can still continue giving breastmilk as long as you want. Formula milk is not necessary since your child is now taking more solid food.
